Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Zoho developers and techno-functional consultants
• Review architecture, code quality, and integration approaches
• Ensure best practices in Deluge scripting, APIs, and data security

Zoho Development & Customisation

• Develop advanced 

  Deluge scripts

  , workflows, functions, and automation
• Build custom modules, layouts, blueprints, and validation rules
• Optimise performance and handle large-scale data operations

API & Integration Expertise

• Design and implement 

  REST API integrations

   (Push & Pull)
• Integrate Zoho with third-party systems such as:
• SAP / SAP HANA
• Tally / QuickBooks / NetSuite
• Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal)
• WhatsApp, Telephony, Biometrics, POS, LMS, ERP systems
• Handle authentication (OAuth 2.0), webhooks, and error handling

• Zoho CRM (Sales, Service, Custom Modules)
• Zoho Creator (Complex business apps, portals, APIs)
• Zoho Books & Inventory
• Zoho People & Payroll

Solution Design & Client Interaction

• Translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions
• Participate in BRD/FRD discussions and solution walkthroughs
• Provide technical guidance during demos, UAT, and go-live
• Act as a technical SPOC for enterprise clients

Project Ownership

• Handle end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to deployment
• Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live support
• Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in 

  Deluge scripting

• Advanced knowledge of 

  Zoho APIs & integrations

• End-to-end Zoho implementation experience
• Deep understanding of Zoho data models and limits
• Experience in handling 

  complex multi-app integrations

• Ability to debug, optimise, and scale Zoho solutions

Good to Have

• Experience with Zoho Creator Portals
• Exposure to Zoho Catalyst / Server-side scripting
• Knowledge of security, roles, profiles, and data access control
• Experience working with enterprise clients
