About Us

Zoho Administrator with People Plus expertise

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Zoho People Plus suite, including Zoho People, Recruit, Expense, Projects, and more.
  • Customize modules, workflows, forms, approvals, and automation within Zoho People Plus.
  • Implement and manage role-based access and user permissions.
  • Integrate Zoho People Plus with other Zoho and third-party applications as required.
  • Provide user training and technical support to HR, Recruitment, and Finance teams.
  • Analyze data and generate custom reports and dashboards for HR and leadership insights.
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate to Zoho support when necessary, and manage system updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the system.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, HRIS, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Admin, with strong focus on Zoho People or People Plus.
  • Proven ability to build custom modules, automation, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience with integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, or other middleware tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Zoho Certifications are a plus.
