Position: YouTube Optimization Expert

Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Channel Growth: Implement strategies to grow clients' YouTube channels organically, ensuring content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
• Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on content strategies that align with their goals.
• Content Development: Assist in the creation of video concepts and scripts using AI tools to generate engaging and relevant content.
• YouTube Ads: Manage and optimize YouTube ads campaigns to increase visibility and subscriber count.
• Video Production Support: Collaborate with videographers and clients during shoots to ensure content is captured effectively and aligns with optimization strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting: Provide detailed monthly reports on channel performance, including viewer engagement, growth metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
• Thumbnail and Video Optimization: Design compelling thumbnails and optimize video elements such as tag, descriptions, and chapters to improve searchability and viewer retention.
• Content Distribution: Utilize various platforms, including WhatsApp and email, to promote videos and enhance viewer base.
• SEO Best Practices: Apply YouTube SEO best practices to enhance channel discoverability and performance.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO practices, and ad management.
• Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas for video content that engages a healthcare audience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaborations.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with AI scripting tools, video editing software, and digital marketing tools to support content creation and optimization.
