Support cross - functional teams in executing business strategies and operational tasks. Assist in data collection, market research, and preparation of reports and presentations. Participate in on - the - job training programs, mentoring sessions, and skill development workshops. Contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects, aligning with organizational goals.
