Job Description

YES Banking Process

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct
outbound calls
for the YES Banking process.
Effectively communicate with customers to achieve business objectives.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on all calls.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:
HSC Pass
or a graduate.
Experience:
Freshers
are welcome to apply.
Communication:
Good communication in Marathi and Hindi
is required, with an average understanding of English.
Work Schedule:
Day Shift, Monday to Saturday, with a
fixed Sunday off
.
Salary:
?15,000 to ?22,000 in-hand per month, plus incentives.
Location:
Pick-up and drop-off service is provided from
Thane station
to the office.
