• Very Good in Java full stack (especialized in Spring modules and Microservice based system design and implementation.).
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high-performance standards and meeting organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
• Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable Java-based applications, ensuring best coding practices and performance optimization.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering, design, development, testing to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and optimize code quality and performance.
• Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Proficient with build tools like Maven/Gradle, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills.
