Job Summary:
We are hiring XML and E-PUB Conversion (both fresher and experienced) to handle digital content conversion processes. The role involves converting books, journals, and documents into XML and E-PUB Conversion formats, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality output for digital publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert documents into XML, ePUB2, and ePUB3 formats following industry standards.
• Validate and troubleshoot XML/ePUB files for errors and compatibility issues.
• Ensure proper formatting, tagging, and metadata structuring.
• Work with tools like Adobe InDesign, Oxygen XML Editor, and scripting languages.
• Collaborate with teams to meet quality and deadline requirements.
• Implement automation techniques to improve conversion efficiency (for experienced candidates).

We are seeking an experienced XML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in XML technologies and a proven track record of working with XML-based applications. As an XML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining XML schemas, transforming XML data, and integrating XML with other technologies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing XML schemas for various applications and industries.

Transforming XML data using XSLT and other transformation technologies.

Integrating XML with databases, web services, and other technologies.

Troubleshooting and debugging XML-related issues.

Working closely with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of XML-based applications.

Staying up-to-date with the latest XML technologies and best practices.

Providing guidance and support to junior developers on XML-related tasks.

* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience with other markup languages (e.g., HTML, XHTML) and related technologies (e.g., CSS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Experience with XML validation tools (e.g., XMLSpy, Oxygen XML Editor).

* Knowledge of XML standards and specifications (e.g., XML Schema, XPath, XQuery).

* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Epsilon, ).

* Certification in XML technologies is a plus.

Requirements:

• For Freshers: Basic knowledge of XML, ePUB, HTML, and CSS. Training will be provided.
• For Experienced Candidates: 1-5 years of experience in XML/ePUB conversion, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with digital publishing tools and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
