Job Summary

As our e-Publishing Specialist, you will play a foundational role in our digital publishing workflow. You will undergo training and then work full-time (8 hours per day) to help prepare, format, publish, and maintain digital content (e-books, digital reports, online publications) across multiple platforms. You will work closely with editorial, design, and tech teams, remain highly focused on tasks, and continuously develop new skills as the startup evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training during initial onboarding to learn our workflow, tools and standards.
• Work full-time (8 hours/day) and reliably meet your schedule and deadlines.
• Format and prepare manuscripts, documents, and other content into digital-friendly formats (e.g., EPUB, PDF, MOBI or web-ready formats).
• Collaborate with authors, editors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is ready for publication.
• Maintain high standards of quality: check for layout issues, typographical errors, formatting consistency, device compatibility and metadata accuracy.
• Manage and update metadata, track versioning, maintain logs of published documents and deliverables.
• Assist in workflow documentation, maintain process checklists, and help improve our publishing operations over time.
• Be responsive, proactive, and willing to learn new tools, formats and publishing best practices as our startup grows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
