Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile development projects.
• CSM or relevant Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience with technologies such as Python, Java, PHP, React JS, Angular, NodeJs, Next JS, and CMS platforms like Drupal, AEM, Sitecore.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage conflicts, and drive resolution across teams.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver projects within scope, on time, and within :
• Responsible for actively engaging with cross-functional technical and product management teams to prioritize tasks/work effort by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and pipeline, and clarify tradeoffs when changes are made to that plan.
• Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities and risks to team members, internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide advice to business partners on options to accomplish requested projects.
• Manage project documentation and report on project status, backlog, and resources.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Implement, measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure project dashboards are up to date.
• Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology standards.
