Workshop Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Workshop Manager specially having experience in a multi brand car workshop to oversee the daily operations of our multi brand car workshop - Bosch Car Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the timely completion of projects and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the workshop
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians
• Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers
• Monitor and control workshop budgets
• Schedule and assign work orders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager
• Strong technical background in automotive fields
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
