Job Summary: The Workshop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the two-wheeler workshop, ensuring high-quality service, efficient workflow, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing a team of mechanics, supervisors, and service advisors while maintaining productivity and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the workshop’s day-to-day operations. Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor their performance. Ensure timely and accurate diagnosis, repair, and service of all two-wheelers. Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory and ensure availability of spare parts and consumables. Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time. Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution. Coordinate with spare parts, service advisors, and front office for smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards in the workshop. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service performance, revenue, and expenses. Conduct regular team meetings and technical training for staff.
