Job Title: Works Manager

Location: Umbergaon, near Vapi

Company: CleaNsep Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 6–10 years in a similar manufacturing/OEM environment

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

Salary: As per Industrial Standards (commensurate with experience & interview

performance)

Key Responsibilities:

 Overall Plant Operations:

Manage day-to-day operations of the plant including production, assembly, and

dispatch.

 Production Planning & Control:

Plan, schedule, and oversee manufacturing to ensure timely completion and adherence

to project deadlines.

 Resource Management:

Efficiently utilize manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize productivity and

minimize wastage.

 Team Supervision:

Lead and manage a team of technicians, supervisors, and workers. Ensure discipline

and performance.

 Vendor & Material Coordination:

Coordinate with the purchase/stores team to ensure timely availability of raw

materials, sub-assemblies, and bought-out components.

 Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all fabrication/assembly is carried out as per approved drawings, QA/QC

standards, and client specifications.

 Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain all necessary reports – production logs, manpower deployment, material

consumption, rejection records, etc.

 Safety & Housekeeping:

Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all statutory and company safety

norms.

 Client Coordination:

Coordinate with the project/engineering team for any site visits, FAT, and final

inspections.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

 Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

 Hands-on knowledge of fabrication, welding, and mechanical assemblies

 Understanding of process equipment, piping, and pressure vessel fabrication

 Familiarity with ISO/QA procedures

 ERP/Production software handling (preferred)

 Effective communication and team management
