Position: Works Manager
Location: Rayakottai
Job Type: Full-Time

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Service Manager in the automobile industry

Candidate Contact:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the overall operations of the service station
Supervise technicians and support staff, ensuring productivity and quality service delivery
Schedule and monitor daily service activities, repairs, and maintenance work
Handle customer queries, service approvals, and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage parts inventory, procurement, and billing coordination
Maintain proper documentation and service records
Ensure adherence to Ashok Leyland service standards and safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
