Role Overview: As a Dredging Engineer, your role involves planning, budgeting, and applying appropriate dredging methods to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements with internal and external clients. - Upholding standards of quality, safety, and environmental regulations. - Participating in meetings with clients, authorities, and other contractors on-site. - Reporting technical problems of vessels or equipment to the appropriate authorities. - Providing daily production reports and progress updates to the Project Manager and the project team. - Efficiently managing and controlling manpower for the project. - Assigning duties to manpower based on their skills and work priority. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech degree with suitable experience in the field of dredging engineering.,
