Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) Relevant Industry Equipment manufacturing Job Description / Responsibilities Job Profile Overview : We are seeking an experienced and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, a keen eye for quality control, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production goals. Technical Skills : 1. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems. 3. Proficient in using production planning tools Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities : 1. Production Management : Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing processes to ensure efficient use of resources. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products. Address and resolve production issues promptly. 2. Team Supervision : Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and workers. Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring optimal productivity. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills. 3. Quality Assurance : Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and company procedures. Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with specifications. Implement corrective actions for quality issues. 4. Inventory and Resource Management : Monitor and manage raw materials, tools, and equipment to avoid shortages or downtime. Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of supplies. 5. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with the management team to drive operational excellence initiatives. Desired profile of the candidate Minimum pre-requisite from Ideal Candidate : Prior experience in OEM Shall have served as vendor to either one or all industries from following segments Only for male candidate .
