o Design and implement Cisco voice solutions for customers.
o Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Unity Connection,Cisco Expressway , Cisco Telepresence, CUBE o Install and configure voice gateways, ISR routers, switches and other Cisco voice equipment.
o Develop and implement voice dial plans. o Provide level 3 support for complex voice issues.
o Participate in project planning and implementation.
o Collaborate with other engineers, project managers and customers.
o Produce documentation for voice solutions.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience with Cisco voice solutions and equipment.
o Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and voice gateways.
o Experience with SIP Trunking, H.323, and VoIP protocols.
o Experience with QoS and voice VLANs.
