Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and integration testing for Workday implementations
• Validate integrations between Workday and other HR modules or third-party tools
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case design
• Execute test cases to validate end-to-end business functionality
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects with proper documentation
• Work closely with functional, integration, and business stakeholders
• Follow Waterfall methodology during project execution
• Support UAT and implementation-phase testing activities
• Proactively learn and adapt to new SaaS-based tools and applications
• Demonstrate ownership and go the extra mile to ensure quality delivery
  

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on testing experience
• Strong experience in Functional & Integration Testing
• Experience with Workday OR Workday integration with HR tools/modules
• WorkSoft certification OR experience with any automation testing tool
• Hands-on experience in:
• Requirement Analysis
• Test Planning
• Test Case Design
• Test Execution
• Defect Reporting & Tracking
• Good understanding of Waterfall methodology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and fast learner
