Workday Talent and Performance - Consultant

As a Solution Architect with 4 to 6 years of experience in HCM product suite, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Minimum 4 to 6 years of functional experience in any modules in HCM product suite such as Compensation, Benefit - Working as a Solution Architect in end-to-end implementation projects - Previous consulting experience, preferably as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization in ERP applications like Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc. - Experience in at least 4 full cycle client implementations - Proven track record of successful implementation and support of HCM solutions Qualifications Required: - Passion for customer service - Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills to achieve project objectives - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Developing as a subject matter expert to provide the right solutions to client requirements - Building working relationships with team members, management, and onshore counterparts - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine client needs and offer effective solutions - Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with minimal supervision - Mastery of at least 2 modules in HCM product suite such as Compensation, Benefit - Performing various tasks on customer engagements including understanding customer business requirements, configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations, assisting in testing, etc. - Understanding and using Workday's Implementation Methodology in all customer engagements - Ensuring customers benefit from Workday's solutions - Assisting in converting legacy data into Workday - Helping the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions - Creating and executing lifecycle test scenarios for all testing cycles in partnership with the Test Lead - Ensuring optimal test coverage and execution for a smooth transition to production - Mentoring and sharing product knowledge with other consultants - Contributing to the delivery of successful project outcomes and building lasting customer relationships Your educational qualification should be BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MBA.,
