Workday Talent and Performance - Consultant

You should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of functional experience in any modules in HCM product suite (such as Compensation, Benefit). It is essential that you have previously worked as a Solution Architect in an end-to-end implementation. Previous consulting experience is preferred, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization in another ERP application (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian, or a similar application). You should have experience in at least 4 full cycle client implementations and a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting HCM solutions. In addition to the above requirements, you must have a passion for customer service. You should have demonstrated strong client and stakeholder engagements to achieve project objectives. The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Developing as a subject matter expert to find the right solution to client requirements is expected, as well as building working relationships with other team members, management, and onshore counterparts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to determine client needs and provide effective solutions. You should be able to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision. Mastery of at least 2 modules in the HCM product suite (such as Compensation, Benefit) is required. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer business requirements, configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assisting the customer in testing the Workday solution, and ensuring our customers take advantage of Workday's proven solutions. You will also work with the customer to convert legacy data into Workday, assist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions, and create and execute lifecycle test scenarios for all testing cycles in scope through partnership with the Test Lead. Mentoring and sharing product knowledge with other consultants to deliver successful project outcomes and lasting customer relationships is part of your role.
