Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Triage & Resolve: Manage Workday tickets with timely updates and SLA adherence.
EIB Execution: Load and validate EIBs for job, org, and data changes.
Data Accuracy: Maintain org structures, positions, and foundational data.
Security Access: Assign roles and support access transitions.
Global Collaboration: Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and support process enhancements.

Qualifications

Required:

2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM in a production environment
Strong understanding of Workday business processes, EIBs, and security roles
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume ticket queues with SLA accountability
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
Proficiency in Excel and data validation

Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Security, and Absence

Experience collaborating with HR shared services or contact center environments
Workday certification(s) a plus
