Hello Folks,

We are hiring one of top product client

Tittle : Workday Reporting Analyst

Shift : Genral

Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid)

Years : 2-4 days

Technical Expectations

Workday Reporting: Strong hands-on experience (2–4 years preferred
Excel: Intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MATCH, basic formulas like IF, COUNTIF).
ServiceNow: Preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with case management systems is a plus.
Optional: Basic PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau experience is not required.
Keywords for sourcing: Workday reporting, Workday filters, Service delivery, Customer service, Excel, ServiceNow.

Day-to-Day Activities

Handle 4–6 ServiceNow cases daily related to reporting requests.
Modify existing reports or create new ones based on business needs.
Validate reports using Excel when necessary.
Collaborate via team chat for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
