Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Recruiting Consultant with 3 6 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting. The right candidate will have participated in multiple end-to-end implementations and be confident working on Recruiting business processes, integrations, and optimization. This is a functional consulting role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure Recruiting solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday Recruiting business processes (Hire, Job Requisition, Candidate Pipelines, Interviewing, Offer, Onboarding, etc.).

Collaborate with functional teams across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Security to ensure seamless Recruiting workflows.

Design, test, and document configurations for Recruiting processes.

Support data conversion and integrations with third-party vendors (ATS, background checks, job boards).

Develop Recruiting dashboards, advanced reports, and candidate lifecycle tracking.

Provide post-go-live support and contribute to ongoing optimization.

Participate in user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.

Required Qualifications

3 6 years of Workday experience , with a focus on Recruiting configuration .

Hands-on involvement in multiple Workday Recruiting implementations .

Strong understanding of Recruiting business processes and dependencies with Core HCM.

Knowledge of security configuration, EIBs, and reporting in Recruiting.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Workday Recruiting Certification (preferred).
