Workday Recruiting Consultant

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Workday Recruiting solutions for customers. Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their business requirements, tailor the Workday HCM system accordingly, and ensure the smooth adoption of best practices. Your contributions will be pivotal in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance HR processes, data accuracy, and overall system efficiency for the customer. - Contribute to the setup, configuration, and optimization of Workday Recruiting within agreed methodologies. - Participate in scoping and requirement gathering workshops and customer confirmation sessions. - Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. - Conduct testing to ensure configurations meet business requirements and troubleshoot/escalate any issues. - Coordinate with stakeholders and manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery. - Assist with data migration, validation, and reporting. - Support live customers on Workday. - Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time. - 2.5+ years of experience in Workday Recruiting configuration. - Thorough knowledge of Workday Recruiting. - Experience in designing and configuring recruiting solutions. - Experience in migrating configuration and loading Customer data.
