This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workday PSA Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and managing Workday PSA solutions to meet finance and operational needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and efficiency while ensuring data integrity. This position requires a deep understanding of Workday PSA and the ability to navigate challenges in a CRO environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Workday PSA solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday PSA configurations.
- Align with financial and HCM architects to deliver a roadmap aligned with enterprise leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday PSA processes.
- Oversee system regression testing for Workday PSA product releases.
- Manage Workday PSA related projects, including planning and execution.
- Support training and change management to maximize effectiveness of Workday PSA.
- Ensure seamless integration of data with other enterprise applications.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the Workday PSA module.
- Stay updated with Workday PSA features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Workday Pro Financials Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday PSA implementation and configuration.
- Strong expertise in Workday Financial domains and Time Tracking.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writing and Dashboard development.
- Ability to architect solutions to fulfill business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative approach in a global team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
