AssistNow is a Workday-powered AI and SaaS company driving innovation in the HCM and Finance transformation space. We offer robust solutions in Workday AMS, integrations, and optimization, helping global clients realize the full value of their Workday investments.
Liaise with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and ensure smooth delivery.
Create internal training content, documentation, and sandbox use cases to simulate real-world Workday integration scenarios.
Mentor team members through code reviews, performance feedback, and continuous learning initiatives.
Workday certification in Studio and Core Integrations is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
