Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Orchestrate, Workday Studio and Workday Integrations. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can design and implement effective solutions to meet business needs ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Workday solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Workday Orchestrate integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Workday best practices and integration strategies.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of Workday integrations by conducting thorough testing and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday integrations in a timely manner.
  • Document integration processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
  • Optimize existing Workday integrations to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on integration projects and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all Workday integration activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.
  • Support the overall IT strategy by aligning Workday solutions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Workday Orchestrate and its application in integration projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and managing Workday Integrations.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a proven track record of successful Workday integration implementations.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
