Workday Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  Workday integrations

  using

  Workday Studio

  ,

  Core Connectors

  ,

  EIBs

  , and

  Cloud Connect

  frameworks.
• Build and support integrations for

  HCM

  ,

  Compensation

  ,

  Recruiting

  ,

  Payroll

  , and

  Benefits

  modules.
• Configure and optimize

  Inbound and Outbound integrations

  leveraging

  Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  and

  Report-as-a-Service (RaaS)

  .
• Implement robust

  error handling

  ,

  logging

  , and

  security configurations

  for integrations.
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical design documents and integration specifications.
• Partner with

  functional consultants

  and

  client technical teams

  to ensure end-to-end integration success.
• Conduct

  integration testing

  , regression testing for Workday releases, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose performance enhancements.
• Contribute to

  integration best practices

  ,

  reusable components

  , and

  knowledge sharing

  across Jade’s Workday practice.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on Studio development standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of total IT experience

  , including

  5+ years in Workday Integration Development

  .
• Strong hands-on experience in:

• Workday Studio

  – custom integrations, XSLT transformations, Workday-internal logic, sub-assemblies.

• Core Connectors

  – Payroll Interface, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, etc.

• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

  and

  Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  .

• XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday RaaS

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Workday Business Process Framework

  ,

  Security

  , and

  Data Model

  .
• Experience with

  Workday Report Writer

  ,

  Calculated Fields

  , and

  Integration System Users (ISUs)

  .
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with global clients.
• Experience in

  multi-tenant Workday environments

  and agile delivery models.
