Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shared Services Associate to support our client's People Operations team by entering, maintaining, and validating employee data in Workday. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth HR transactions across the business. The ideal candidate is process-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain employee data in Workday, including personal information,job changes, compensation updates, and organizational assignments.
  • Validate data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring alignment with policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support routine HR transactions such as hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Process and monitor tickets/requests received through the Shared Services queue, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data entry efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or data administration (experience with Workday strongly preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and business partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for reporting and validation).
  • Familiarity with HR data compliance requirements (GDPR, data privacy, SOX, etc.) is a plus.
