Key Responsibilities:
Process Support & Documentation
- Study HR Shared Services models across industries to identify best practices and suggest process improvements.
- Update and standardize Desk Top Procedures (DTPs)
Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Perform data validation checks across HR systems
- Support employee file audits for completeness and compliance
Compliance & Policy Research
- Research country-specific HR regulations and assist in creating compliance fact sheets
- Flag gaps between local norms and existing processes
Service Delivery & Ticket Analysis
- Analyze service ticket trends to identify recurring issues
- Suggest automation or process improvements based on findings
Cross-Cultural Insights & Enablement
- Analyze working styles, communication preferences, and workplace expectations of newly transitioned or upcoming countries
- Provide insights to help tailor HR services for smoother integration
Learning & Development Enablement
- Contribute to designing onboarding materials and training modules for new hires
Payroll Transition Support
- Support payroll migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor payroll transition milestones and flag risks or delays to stakeholders
- Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance payroll efficiency

Eligibility:
Students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must Have
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and a process-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good to have
- Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, AI applications
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus. (Arabic, French, German, Hebrew, Turkish)
