"• 3+ years of Workday experience, including at least 1+ year in a full End to End Implementation Project. • Proven expertise in Workday HCM Core, Rec "• 3+ years of Workday experience, including at least 1+ year in a full End to End Implementation Project. • Proven expertise in Workday HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and/or Absence modules. • Strong knowledge of business processes in HR, talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and leave management. • Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience working in large, complex, and/or global organizations is an add-on. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment."
