We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning, Payroll Interfaces, Time Tracking, Workday help, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Business Process Configuration.
Lead and participate in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and post-go-live support.
Configure Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning, Payroll Interfaces, Time Tracking, Workday help, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Business Process Configuration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Design and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, and reporting structures.
Asses new functionality releases, co-ordinate testing and deploymentwith stakeholders for Workday updates and new features.
Train end users and create documentation for Enhanced/ new Workday processes and functionalities.
Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Stay up to date on Workdays roadmap and recommend process improvements based on new features.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM data architecture and business process framework.
Exposure to Workday reporting (Advanced, Composite Reports, Calculated Fields) would be an added advantage
Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
Workday certifications in HCM Core and/or other modules are highly desirable.
8+ years of Workday HCM and support experience, including 2+ full lifecycle implementations.
Strong communication, Oral and written English and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage functional workstreams independently
Leverage tools like Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Composite Reports to drive system enhancements and improve data integrity.
