Job Description

Job Title:

Workday HCM Functional Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Workday HCM requirements
Configure, test, and implement Workday HCM Core and related modules
Participate in at least 2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional solutions
Develop functional documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Ensure best practices and Workday standards are followed in all configurations

Modules of Focus:

Core HCM
HR Modules

Key Requirements:

3 to 6 years of Workday HCM experience
Minimum
2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations
Proven experience in at least 2 functional Workday projects
Strong expertise in
Core HCM and HR modules
Deep understanding of
HR business processes
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
