Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Role professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration and implementation, along with experience in providing functional support and training to end-users.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Provide functional support for Workday related queries and issues.
Conduct user training and create documentation to support users in the Workday system.
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Assist in the testing of new features and functionalities within Workday.

Skills and Qualifications

6-9 years of experience in Workday Functional role.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management modules.
Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in change management and user training.
