Collaborate with Workday functional consultants to ensure security and access policies are aligned with business processes. Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users and administrators on how to follow security protocols and manage their roles in Workday. Document security configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and auditing purposes. Security Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to security, such as user access reports, security audits, and compliance assessments. Provide insights and recommendations based on security reports and data. Partner with business stakeholders to develop a Workday security optimization roadmap (Front door requests / Project intakes and Backlog management) by understanding pain points, prioritize requirements and opportunities to improve process efficiency and scalability. Leverage mastery level knowledge to lead efforts (hands on) to deliver complex initiatives/ projects/ module enhancements identified in the Workday security optimization roadmap. Release management: Manage module specific sprint planning and deliverables. Manage half yearly Workday release enhancements (R1 and R2) Manage/ Triage Service tickets for all security -related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives ensuring all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. Serve as the go to person for Workday security inquiries. Lead testing efforts within P&C Systems ensuring smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing.
