Job Description: At bp, your role as a Solution Lead (SL) for Workday in the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) function involves owning and driving a portion of the Workday solution. This encompasses both process and technology, ensuring efficient service delivery for the employees. You will collaborate with various teams within PC&C and apply your technical expertise to maintain stable operations, drive projects, and foster innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the health and operational integrity of your solutions/products, collaborating with others to ensure stable operations - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs such as data privacy and digital security - Manage a prioritized backlog of changes, covering maintenance, fixes, and improvements - Develop and implement plans for design, configuration, testing, and deployment of changes within your area of the PC&C solution - Act as a product owner for change projects, deliver through others, manage risks, and ensure timely and quality delivery - Build positive relationships with stakeholders within and outside PC&C, including vendor management - Understand business requirements, challenge the status quo, and propose solutions to meet objectives - Research and resolve process and technical problems, recommend solutions, and support bp to be a thought leader in relevant technology spaces - Conduct external networking and tech landscape analysis Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience in Workday domain area, certification desirable - Experience in building digital strategies and roadmaps, systems development, and corporate-wide system implementations - Knowledge of Workday Product, project management methodologies, PC&C systems, and HR systems - Leadership skills, data analytics proficiency, organizational change management experience - Expertise in SAAS/Cloud-based product development and delivery, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills - Experience in consulting/corporate environments and different industries like Energy/Financial Services is beneficial - HR certifications and quality certifications are advantageous Additional Company Details: At bp, we offer an inclusive culture, work-life balance, learning and development opportunities, life and health insurance, and more.
