Workday Functional Lead Retail (Cross Functional)

As a Solution Lead (SL) for Workday at bp, your primary responsibility is to own and drive a portion of the People & Culture (PC&C) Workday solution, ensuring the delivery of efficient services for the people. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to maintain the integrity and stability of solutions, while also focusing on compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a part of the PC&C solution, ensuring operational integrity and stability - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of solutions across PC&C - Prioritize and manage changes, including maintenance, fixes, and improvements - Develop and implement plans for design, configuration, testing, and deployment of changes - Act as a product owner for change projects, delivering to time, cost, and quality - Build positive relationships with stakeholders both within and outside of PC&C - Develop an understanding of business requirements and propose solutions to deliver objectives - Stay updated on technology trends and contribute to bp's thought leadership in the relevant technology space **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience in the Workday domain area, certification desirable - Experience in digital strategies, systems development, and corporate-wide system implementations - Knowledge of the Workday Product and project management methodologies - Leadership skills and ability to use data and analytics for decision-making - Experience in organizational change management and SAAS/Cloud-based product development - Strong project/program management skills and stakeholder management expertise - Ability to convey complex messages and insights effectively - Collaborative working style and a focus on customer experiences - Familiarity with HR systems, technology trends, and quality certifications like Six Sigma **Additional Details:** At bp, you will work in an open and inclusive culture that values work-life balance and offers learning and development opportunities.
