Job Description

 
A Functional Consultant is Responsible:
  • To Support the Recruitment Module of Workday globally wherever implemented.
  • To turn requirements into reliable, beautiful Customize CF s or CR s that other people will find easy to comprehend and modify.
  • Providing end-to-end solutions in designing, developing while maximizing business value. Besides following best practices and standards.
  • Designing and developing in line with the global strategy.
  • Leveraging the workday technologies to insure best fit implementation of the business expectations
  • Challenging and advising the business owners to ensure consistency, operability and maintainability of the overall system.
  • Acting as a Consultant and work with Architects on new Workday modules and do POC s
  • Act as Consultant not only in development in support and critical conditions

Qualification Experience:
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with overall 2-6 years of experience (minimum 2 years in Workday )
Mandatory skills:
  • Good knowledge (Hands on preferred) in Workday Recruitment Module.
  • Workday Training / Certifications (Good to have): in Recruitment Module
  • Proficiency with Workday Core HCM, with excellent hands on experience in customizing BP s, and developing Calc Fields and Condition Rules.
  • Proficiency in usage of OX 2.0 (Object Transporter)
  • Knowledge of Hire to Retire (H2R) Business knowledge and Workday knowledge.
  • Strong Configuration Management Skills
  • Agile solutions management suite like Version One.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and Attention to details. .
  • Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.
  • Performing testing reaching zero-default outcomes.
  • Providing level, 2 and 3 support services along with solution designing.
  • Securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.
  • Reaching Service Level Agreements / KPI expectations.
  • Contributing to yearly product roadmap and budget needs.
  • Should be ok to work in shifts ( Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST )
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology like Scrum, Safe, Kanban etc.,

Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to
  • Deliver business value as per expected by the business owner
  • Give a transparent information during the AGILE rituals (Remaining to do and issues encountered) and request help for support
  • Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) of the sprints
  • Bring innovative cost effective solutions
  • Achieve customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle a subject from demand management, to development and support
  • Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions
The role will have the following key outputs:
  • Strong link with the Airbus Digital organization and HR Organization.
  • Strong link with the Airbus Workday Community of Practice
  • Proactive in providing guidance inputs for the MyPulse s product roadmap
