Job Description

  • Candidate must have a bachelors degree with at least 25 years of identity and access management experience. Human Resources experience and experience working within Financial Services are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Workday security administration exp
  • Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and in writing in a persuasive and appropriate manner
  • Ability to solicit information from stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage deadlines; attention to detail and critical thinking are a must
  • Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint (advanced Excel and Access are an added advantage)
  • Experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs related to HR Identity and Access Management
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation
