Role Overview

Senior Principal Consultant – Workday Analyst (Functional)

Workday HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, and Absence Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with HR teams to

  design and document end-to-end processes

  in Workday.
• Evaluate Workday

  issues and enhancement requests

  for roadmap delivery.
• Create and

  monitor support cases in Jira

  , generating relevant reports.
• Lead

  backlog review meetings

  to prioritize requests for sprint planning.
• Engage in

  Workday Community, User Groups, and Conferences

  to stay updated.
• Provide

  Workday Administrator support

  (configuration knowledge preferred).
• Assist with

  data audits, EIB processing

  , and compliance reviews.
• Work with audit and compliance teams to support

  risk assessments and system reviews

  .

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in

  Software Industry and HRIT

  , focusing on

  business analysis or Workday functional design

  .
• Hands-on experience in configuring

  Workday Core HCM, Integrations, and Reporting

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time Tracking, and Absence Management

  .
• Proficiency in

  Workday Request Framework and DocuSign integration

  .
• Experience handling

  Workday issues, Jira tracking, and system enhancements

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in

  Workday Report Writing, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields

  .
• Experience with

  Jira issue tracking software

  .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with HR teams and AMS vendors.
  
• Process improvement, project management, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to

  work independently

  and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to

  travel occasionally

  , including overnight stays.
