Workday Extend

As a Workday Extend Technical Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to implement and customize the Workday Extend platform to meet the specific requirements of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, analysts, and development teams to configure and customize Workday Extend applications according to their needs. In this role, you will be expected to develop and maintain integrations, reports, and workflows within the Workday Extend platform. Your technical expertise will be essential throughout the project lifecycle, from defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders to conducting system testing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. It will also be part of your responsibilities to create technical documentation to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Workday Extend solutions. Staying updated on Workday Extend platform enhancements and new features will be crucial to providing the best possible service to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience as a Workday Technical Consultant and 2 years of experience specifically as a Workday Extend Technical Consultant. Proficiency in Workday Extend configuration and integration development is a must, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this position, as you will be working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. While not required, a Workday Extend certification would be a definite plus.
