Job Description

As a suitable candidate for the role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Demonstrated skill in building Workday applications and defining technical solutions with an ability to incorporate innovative designs. - Experience with Web Services and APIs including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards. - Hands-on experience with Workday technologies such as Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, EIB, Report Writer, Cloud Connectors, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, and XSLT. - Experience with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, specifically in Benefits, Management, and other related areas. - Ability to collaborate with various teams to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications. - Proficiency in performing routine break/fix support, regression testing, and supporting inbound/outbound interfaces to systems. - Consultation with business and technical teams regarding application design and maintenance, including collaborative decision-making on design aspects.
