Job Description

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain
Workday Integrations
using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs.
Develop and support
Workday Extend
applications to enable custom business processes and UI experiences.
Analyze and optimize
HR processes
including HCM, recruiting, performance, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Configure and support
Workday Talent Management
modules (Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Reviews, Career Development).
Manage
Workday Security
, including role assignments, domain security policies, business process security, and audits.
Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best-practice governance across the Workday platform.
Prepare documentation, user guides, and deliver end-user training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with
Workday Integrations
and
Workday Extend

Strong understanding of
HR processes
and cross-functional HR system workflows.
Experience with
Talent Management
configuration and support.
Solid knowledge of
Workday Security model
(domain, business process, roles).
Ability to analyze complex requirements and provide scalable system solutions.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

Workday certifications in Integrations, HCM, Talent, or Security.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
