Job Description

  • MANDATORY- 75% UiPath and 25% Blue Prism

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. RPA Solution Support:

    • Monitor the performance of RPA bots to ensure they are functioning as expected.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and systems.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions.
  2. Incident Management:

    • Respond to and manage RPA-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
    • Document and track incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
  3. Process Optimization:

    • Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of RPA solutions.
    • Collaborate with the RPA development team to implement enhancements and optimizations.
    • Perform regular reviews and audits of RPA processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  4. Training and Documentation:

    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of RPA processes, configurations, and support procedures.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and best practices.
    • Develop knowledge base articles and support guides for common RPA issues and solutions.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with business units, IT teams, and RPA developers to understand and address support needs.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the status of ongoing issues and resolutions.
    • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss support activities and share knowledge.
  6. Compliance and Security:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards in all RPA activities.
    • Conduct regular security assessments and audits of RPA environments.
    • Implement security best practices in RPA development and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with RPA solutions.
  • Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET is a plus.
  • Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer Certification).
  • Experience with automation and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, VBA).
  • Knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
