Job Description

Designation - Director

Location - Pune

Work collaboratively with teams to perform due diligence and support solution design, development, and testing phases for digital transformation implementations.
Skilled in conducting due-diligence exercises and identifying, analysing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for the Lloyds of London market within a BPO/BPM organization.
Create and drive Process Excellence Transformation roadmaps and projects.
Help client organizations achieve business objectives through process improvements, end-to-end transformations, digital initiatives, RPA, analytics, and other optimization levers.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and client contacts to develop, co-create, and lead their transformation journeys across multiple accounts.
Coach and mentor transformation experts to deliver on contractual and non-contractual improvement commitments.
Liaise with technology, transitions, capability, and other internal functions to provide end-to-end solutions.
Responsible for execution, closure, and quantification of projects for aligned accounts in line with client expectations.
Drive contractual productivity and conduct gap assessments.
Develop various approaches, negotiate, and foster relationships with internal and external partners.
