Role Overview:

Volume Hiring Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end volume hiring
for entry-level to mid-level roles (BPO, Sales, Customer Support, etc.)
Source candidates via job portals, social platforms, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and field networks
Conduct telephonic screenings and assess candidate fitment
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding
Meet
weekly/monthly targets based on joiners
Maintain daily tracker, MIS, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience:

6 months to 3 years
of experience in
volume/BPO recruitment
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, Shine, or social media
Target-oriented with a proven track record of closures
Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Must have
own laptop/PC
and stable internet connection
