Role Overview: As a Work Force Management professional at Wipro Limited, your role involves executing processes and driving team performance on key metrics. You will be located in Hyderabad and work on a 24*7 night shift schedule. With 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, you will utilize your expertise to ensure efficient operations and adherence to service procedures. Your responsibilities will include real-time operations management, scheduling, analysis of outputs, preparing reports and forecasts, as well as maintaining headcount planners.
