You should have 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and possess the following skills: - Proficiency in MS-Office applications. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a problem-solving approach. - Expert knowledge of service procedures. - Analytical skills for MIS, number crunching, and reporting. - Competency in WFM tools. - Customer service skills. Your duties will include real-time operations management, scheduling, and adherence, analyzing scheduling outputs, preparing monthly reports, forecasting volume, productivity, and shrinkages, and maintaining headcount planners. Additionally, you will be expected to review team performance data, provide feedback and coaching to low performers, prepare performance coaching plans, identify training needs, conduct trainings, and ensure compliance and quality in service delivery. In terms of team management, you will be responsible for resourcing, talent management, performance management, employee satisfaction, and engagement initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in stakeholder interaction and management, involving coordination with internal and external stakeholders, client managers, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
