Work Force Management

You will be responsible for monitoring queue for adherence and tracking inbound and outbound interactions while keeping Technical Support Engineers and management informed about the daily volume. You are required to identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team, facilitate theatre and time zone realignments, and assign maintenance events to engineers based on skillset and service level. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience in Work Force Management (RTA) role. The work location is Chennai Perungalathur and the role involves working in night shifts (24/7). The candidate should have good communication skills and a good understanding of RTA (WFM).
