Role & responsibilities

Power BI Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Ability to integrate multiple data sources and ensure data accuracy.
Advanced Excel Skills
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas to support reporting needs.
Having the understanding of SLA/KPI, Performance reports.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Skilled in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, problem areas, and actionable insights for internal and client reporting.
Reporting & Timeliness
- Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of reports to clients and internal stakeholders, adhering to SLAs.
Dashboard Management
- Regularly update and optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability.
Communication & Collaboration
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and present insights effectively to management and clients.
