Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Management (WFM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing workforce operations, analyzing data, and ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage workforce scheduling, attendance, and performance metrics.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports to track productivity and forecast manpower needs.
Work closely with RTA (Real-Time Adherence) and other operational teams to ensure smooth functioning.
Use advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
Identify gaps and suggest improvements for process efficiency and workforce optimization.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and RTA operations.
Strong expertise in advanced Excel tools and data manipulation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive, proactive approach toward tasks and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in high-volume operational environments.
Knowledge of workforce planning tools and software.
